Due to Tristin’s nature to push herself she decided within about a month of starting that she’d like to work towards a competition. Tristin enjoys to challenge and push herself and she quickly fell in love with pole for this reason, she sees it as an individual goal but in a supportive, encouraging team environment. Tristin is open about her mental health and pole dancing and the culture of the Mad Hatters Studio has had a profound impact on this. She found it a fun way to exercise in a non-judgmental environment. As a mother of 4 at almost 40 this was something she was doing for herself.

Tristin started pole dancing for the very first time in April 2019 at Mad Hatters being trained by Frostbite. El loves how pole brings out the sexy goddess in you and allows you to escape into a judgment free, confidence building world where new friends are made and you achieve things you never thought you could.

She thinks is one of the best ways to get you fit and keep you strong. To encourage new mums to do something for themselves is so important and why not do something that makes you feel and look incredible.īlaze loves all parts of pole dancing from the slow, sexy, flexy moves to the high paced, crowd wooing tricks.

Pole dancing pre and post children gives you a whole different appreciation for your body and the things it can achieve. When El isn’t at pole you can find her on the soccer field, at the beach or somewhere on her farm tending her animals or the garden BUT most likely she will be running around after her energetic 2 year old son. She has returned to her love of pole dancing at Mad Hatters and is keen to continue her own journey of strength, flex and trick repertoire and share her knowledge with others. She trained briefly as a showgirl before moving to the South Coast and starting her young family. El (Blaze) pole danced for 7 years in Sydney, working her way up from beginners to advanced level.
